Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Manager located in East Mackay, QLD. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to its residents. Responsibilities include coordinating facility maintenance, managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe and welcoming environment for residents and team members. The role requires effective resource management, excellent leadership, safety protocol adherence, and active communication with staff, residents, and their families. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills Experience in operational management, resource planning, and financial management Knowledge of healthcare and aged care regulations, compliance requirements, and safety protocols Problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Relevant qualifications or certifications in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field Prior experience in aged care or residential facility management is highly regarded Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing quality of life for residents #J-18808-Ljbffr
