The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Yallambee Residential Aged Care Facility in Millmerran, QLD. In this role, you will : Oversee all operational aspects of the facility to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Lead, coach, and support staff to provide person-centred care and develop their professional capabilities. Balance people leadership with operational responsibilities to maximise funding income, meet budget requirements, and maintain compliance with aged care standards.
