Implementation Project Manager – Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia – HireRight Join HireRight, a premier global background screening and workforce solutions provider, to manage new customer onboarding from point of sale to go‑live. Overview As a Project Manager on the Onboarding team, you will ensure proper processes and procedures are followed in accordance with HireRight Legal, Contracts, and Compliance. You will resolve obstacles to guarantee customers go live on schedule without issues and collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Engineers, Sales Analyst, Account Setup, Credentialing, Account Management, Product, Development, Legal, and Compliance. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for new customers during onboarding. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, maintaining regular communication with customers. Own specialized tasks and projects with no direct oversight. Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently. Provide solutions from both process and product perspectives. Identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging expertise to find solutions. Maintain deep technical knowledge in relevant fields. Manage tasks and projects independently, demonstrating ownership. Contribute to organizational success through individual expertise and hands‑on work. Foster innovation, problem‑solving, and technical excellence. Communicate proactively with clients, showing ownership of all project aspects. Lead calls and tasks with a structured, influential approach. Communicate effectively via meeting agendas, verbal discussions, and written follow‑up regarding deliverables and next steps for implementation. Manage complex business challenges and unforeseen situations through effective problem‑solving skills. Qualifications Education High school diploma required. College degree and PMP certification preferred or in pursuit of certification. Experience 5+ Years Project Manager experience required, specifically with client‑facing projects. Industry experience preferred. High level experience using HireRight Systems desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills appropriate for a business setting.
