Solventum is expanding in Australia and is seeking to appoint an Implementation Consultant for the 360 Encompass portfolio. Solventum North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia Job Description Thank you for your interest in joining Solventum. This role involves delivering successful implementation and optimization of Solventum’s 360 and CDI Engage solutions by developing and configuring software based on customer workflows and feedback. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of 360 and CDI Engage solutions, including planning, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation review. Deliver successful implementation and optimisation by developing and configuring software based on customer workflows and feedback. Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Clinical SMEs, and Technical/Support teams to tailor software buildouts to clinical and administrative workflows. Act as primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts during implementation, managing expectations and building client relationships. Assess integration points with Electronic Medical Records, Health Information Systems, and other healthcare IT systems; work with client IT teams on deployment, integration, and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues and provide timely resolutions and recommendations. Travel approximately 10–20% to Solventum offices and customer sites as needed. Specific Complexity Managing high-stakes projects in time-sensitive, resource-constrained healthcare environments while maintaining patient care quality. Navigating complex stakeholder groups with varying priorities and technical proficiency. Managing highly integrated solutions requiring compliance with hardware, PHI, and regulatory standards. Overseeing implementations involving integrated clinical, administrative, and IT systems with strict data security requirements. Balancing client expectations for localized workflows with project timelines and technical constraints. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: degree-qualified in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years in healthcare IT or SaaS software implementations; 2–3 years in solution implementation consulting, project management, or customer-facing technical roles. Experience with EMR environments and understanding of Clinical Coding; familiarity with HL7 standards and ICD10AM/ACHI codes. Tech-savvy with platform configuration, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with technical teams. Key Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Familiarity with SQL, Web services, AWS, and SaaS/software consulting environments.
