Overview Implementation Consultant – SaaS Delivery (Insurance Software) | Sydney CBD (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office) | Multiple roles – Junior, Mid, Senior Base pay range A$100, / yr - A$155, / yr Salary range : Junior : $80k–$100k + super Mid : $100k–$120k + super Senior : $120k–$140k + super Direct message the job poster from Fyndr Group The Role Join a respected Australian insurtech delivering tailored solutions for insurers using a configurable platform built entirely in-house. This is a client-facing, technically hands‑on role, combining business analysis with technical delivery. You will work across the full implementation life‑cycle, discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support – using skills such as scripting, SQL, and data modelling. Who this role will suit We welcome applicants from a variety of technical and delivery backgrounds, including: Technical Business Analysts with strong configuration or scripting skills Developers or engineers seeking more client‑facing work Solution or Implementation Consultants from SaaS or software vendors Platform or product specialists who have configured complex, logic‑driven systems Professionals from insurance or financial services tech delivery looking to work on a modern SaaS product What matters most is a strong technical foundation, the ability to work with logic and structured data, and the confidence to engage directly with clients.
