Overview The Implementation Consultant role at The Access Group’s Access Lightyear team focuses on account set‑up and training services, ensuring our software is successfully embedded within customers’ processes. Join us if you’re passionate about helping businesses grow and thrive. Be You. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in converting inbound trialists to paying customers. Guide, influence, and support customers over the phone, via video conferences, and occasionally in person. Build and maintain relationships, overcome objections, and deliver the best solutions. Project‑manage, plan, and set clear timelines and tasks to ensure each customer’s Lightyear implementation is a success. Create and deliver in‑depth product training through multiple channels to enable customers to become product experts. Track the customer onboarding journey through CRM and Asana; respond to emails, chat, and phone as required. Create training modules tailored to customer size and project complexity. Ensure every customer completes training feedback forms rating their experience 5‑star. Conduct post‑onboarding check‑ins and request 5‑star software reviews or case studies to aid sales and marketing. Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of client training or project‑management experience. Knowledge of SaaS products or technical knowledge beneficial; training will be provided. Strong knowledge‑transfer (training) skills and sharp attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills; familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping ideal. Computer and software adeptness mandatory; experience with O365, CRM, and Asana desirable.
