Software Implementation Consultant – SaaS Platform (Insurance Software) Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office) Salary: Base pay range: A$100,000.00/yr – A$140,000.00/yr. Additional salary ranges (multiple roles): Junior: $80k–$100k + super Mid: $100k–$120k + super Join a fast‑growing Australian SaaS company delivering a configurable platform used by insurers across ANZ. This is a hands‑on technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and learning how complex software platforms are implemented for real clients. You’ll support end‑to‑end delivery, assisting with discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support, using a mix of business analysis and technical skills such as scripting, SQL, and data modelling. The role offers clear pathways for growth into senior implementation, product or delivery roles. What you’ll do Assist in delivering software implementations from discovery to go‑live Help gather and document client requirements through workshops and discussions Configure workflows, business rules, templates, and data models using internal tools Write and run SQL queries to validate data and support integrations Test configured solutions and help resolve issues Work with Product and Engineering teams on platform improvements Provide responsive support to clients during and after implementation What we’re looking for Strong technical foundation – scripting or coding, SQL, and data modelling Experience in SaaS or configurable software environments Ability to understand business logic and translate it into working configurations Clear communicator who enjoys working with customers and technical teams Familiarity with Agile or hybrid software delivery environments Backgrounds could include technical BA, junior developer, solution consultant, or vendor‑side implementation roles Nice to have Experience in insurance or financial services Familiarity with low‑code or rule‑based configuration tools Work on a proven SaaS platform used by leading insurers Learn from experienced delivery professionals and product teams Hybrid working with flexibility (2–3 days in Sydney CBD) Career progression into Senior IC, SME, or Delivery roles Supportive culture with career development, paid parental leave, and regular social events Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Consulting and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
