Solventum North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia Implementation Consultant – Solventum Solventum, a leading provider of AI‑driven clinical documentation solutions, is expanding its Australian team. We invite qualified candidates to join us as an Implementation Consultant to support the deployment of our flagship platform, 360 Encompass™. Job Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end implementation of 360 and CDI Engage solutions, including planning, configuration, testing, go‑live support, and post‑implementation review. Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Clinical SMEs, and Technical/Support teams to build software tailored to specific clinical and administrative workflows. Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts during implementation, managing expectations, addressing queries, and building trusted client relationships. Assess integration points with Electronic Medical Records, Health Information Systems, and other healthcare IT systems; collaborate with client IT teams for deployment, integration, and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, offering timely resolution and recommendations. Provide subject‑matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle and deliver training and documentation to client teams. Travel approximately 10–20 % to Solventum offices and customer sites as required. Complexities of the Role Managing high‑stakes projects in time‑sensitive, resource‑constrained healthcare environments while maintaining patient care quality. Navigating complex stakeholder groups with varying priorities and technical proficiency. Overseeing implementations involving highly integrated clinical, administrative, and IT systems with strict compliance and data security requirements. Balancing client expectations for localised workflows with project timelines and technical constraints. Education & Experience Preferred: Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent healthcare IT experience. 3+ years in healthcare IT or SaaS software implementations, with experience in EMR environments and clinical coding. 2–3 years in solution implementation consulting, project management, or customer‑facing technical roles. Experience managing multiple customers/accounts concurrently and working with diverse stakeholder groups. Familiarity with HL7 standards, ICD10AM/ACHI codes, SQL, web services, AWS, and SaaS/software consulting environments. Key Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Strong organisational skills, managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. Advanced problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Technical proficiency with platform configuration, integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary package based on experience and achievement.
