About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Graduate to join our Melbourne based design team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong design focus, excellent critical thinking abilities, and a passion for creating innovative, thoughtful architectural solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping projects that define communities across Victoria and beyond, supporting project teams across a range of exciting projects. What will you be engaged in? As an Architectural Graduate at Populous, you’ll be immersed in the full spectrum of the design process, from early concepts through to detailed delivery, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from industry leaders. In This Role You Will Shape design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D models Produce diagrams, drawings, and perspectives that clearly communicate intent Collaborate with architects and designers, contributing to design and documentation Coordinating with external consultants Develop and refine 3D visualisations and presentation materials Support delivery through documentation, coordination, and submission packages Engage in design discussions, applying critical thinking and problem-solving This is a role where you’ll actively contribute to projects that shape communities, while building the skills and experience to launch your architectural career. What are we looking for? We are looking for an Architectural Graduate who brings creativity and curiosity to our team. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in collaboration, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to contribute to projects that shape communities.
