Role Description This is a full‑time role for an Architectural Specification representative located in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying and managing our facade products, developing relationships with architects and designers, ensuring specifications are carried through to the construction stage and overseeing project timelines. Training will be provided at our Metz headquarters in Western Sydney, thereafter there is the possibility to be working from our inner Sydney office to minimise travel to and from the architectural practices. You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new software and tools. You enjoy working with architects, designers, and project teams to deliver accurate, high‑quality specifications. Most importantly, you’re motivated to grow your career in sustainable and innovative building solutions. Qualifications Exposure to architectural specifications and projects Ability to build strong relationships and communication skills with architects and designers Relevant experience in architectural facade products is an advantage Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Exposure to Ceramic/Terracotta Extruded facade tiles, Glass Reinforced Concrete cladding products (GRC), Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BiPV) solutions is a plus but not essential.
