About the opportunity Based in our Subiaco office, Altrad is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to join our Strategy & Growth team in Subiaco on a 12-month maternity leave contract working 3–4 days per week. The position of Proposals Coordinator plays an important role in delivering high-quality proposals and supporting our broader growth strategy. In this role, you will : Coordinate the end‑to‑end preparation, development and delivery of high‑quality tender and proposal submissions. Collaborate with Pre‑Contracts, Commercial, Operations, HSEQ, HR and key SMEs to gather, review and refine content that meets client requirements. Develop submission schedules, compliance matrices and workback plans to ensure all deliverables are captured, accurate and on time. Prepare and edit proposal materials—including capability statements, CVs, project profiles and methodology narratives—ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with brand and governance standards. Manage document control, version management and submission workflows, supporting pricing alignment across commercial and technical components. Maintain proposal libraries, track lessons learned and support reporting and record‑keeping activities to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. About you You're an organised, curious and solutions‑minded professional who enjoys bringing people together, managing moving parts and producing polished, client‑ready submissions. Proven experience in proposals, bids or tender coordination, preferably within construction, industrial services, or large‑scale resource projects. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written communication and attention to detail, producing clear, professional and client‑ready documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Canva, or similar software tools for document preparation and presentation. Collaborative and proactive, confident engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve high‑quality outcomes. Ability to meet project‑specific requirements, including pre‑employment medicals, drug and alcohol screening, and site access where required.
