Marketing & Proposals Coordinator KBSS Leederville, Western Australia, Australia The Marketing and Proposals Coordinator is a newly created role in a time of exciting growth for KBSS, reporting into the Marketing and Proposals Manager you'll be working across a range of business development and promotional activities, including but not limited to, social media content production, email marketing, community sponsorship coordination, tender and client proposal development, and more. Key Duties Assist in the collection, creation and delivery of social media content to support defined marketing initiatives and business development opportunities. Assist in the creation and distribution of regular email campaigns to defined stakeholder groups, supporting operations department. Digital campaign reporting across digital marketing platforms. Maintain library of imagery and collateral templates. Assist in the support of branding and engagement initiatives, such as local events, sponsorships and other adhoc opportunities. Maintain stakeholder databases across client contacts and subscribed candidates / recruitment pool, supporting the operations department and broader marketing initiatives. Support the coordination of large bids, proposals and tender documents as required. Assist in the coordination of award and recognition initiatives, internally and externally. Other adhoc duties as they arise related to the promotion and business development of KBSS. Key Requirements Qualifications in related field or relevant work experience. Knowledge of Canva (desirable but not necessary). Knowledge of campaign systems (desirable but not necessary). Ability to work in a team and independently.
