Job Summary Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Full‑Time Porter Team Leader will oversee the porter team, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The role involves streamlining porterage operations in a fast‑paced environment and further developing the professional concierge career within an international company. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the concierge team to provide an exceptional guest service experience Lead by example and create a structured onboarding and training experience for porter team members Ensure all guest queries, requests and needs are resolved in a timely and proficient manner Provide operational support and supervision on shift with the ability to handle all guest queries and complaints effectively Pro‑actively maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on all cultural events within the hotel, Brisbane City and surroundings Qualifications & Requirements Previous hotel experience as a Porter / Concierge or Team Leader Hold a current open driver’s licence (manual highly regarded) Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues High level of grooming and personal presentation High level of written and verbal communication Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays Unrestricted working rights in Australia Our values of Empathy, Creativity, Fun, Humility, Integrity and Respect are at the core of what we do.
