Location: Central Coast – Gosford, Wyong, The Entrance, Lake Haven, Hornsby and Chatswood. Position: Permanent Full‑time or Part‑time, Monday – Friday. Program: GS Plus Program – HPA Level 2 to Level 3 (commensurate with experience) + Salary Packaging. We are looking for a passionate Psychologist who excels in purpose‑driven work, delivering psychological interventions across multiple sites in North East Sydney in partnership with Global Skills. Key responsibilities include: Deliver short‑term, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions that address mental‑health challenges impacting employment readiness. Contribute to an innovative pilot clinical and vocational readiness program for individuals with lived experience of the justice system, delivering both individual and group‑based interventions within a structured 12‑session model focused on mental health, identity and sustainable change. Provide client‑centred care across both 6‑ and 12‑session models, with a maximum of five clients per day to ensure high quality engagement. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, internal and external agencies, and stakeholders, including Global Skills. About You Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Clinical experience delivering evidence‑based psychological interventions. Demonstrated high level of knowledge and experience conducting holistic assessments and completing clinical formulations. Substantial knowledge of the evidence base for trauma‑informed person‑centred interventions. Highly developed consultation and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, internal and external agencies and stakeholders. Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with our partner Global Skills. Valid driver’s licence. Even Better Experience working with employment service providers or in vocational contexts. Experience working with individuals with a lived experience of the justice system. Group facilitation experience, including psycho‑educational or therapeutic groups.
