MULTIPLE OPERATORS – PLATINUM PLANT & HAULAGE Platinum Plant & Haulage is a family‑owned civil plant and transport business based in SEQ. We run a modern, well‑maintained fleet fitted with Trimble Earthworks and support a mix of civil contractors across Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Our work ranges from subdivisions and commercial sites to infrastructure projects and general earthmoving. The business is growing, and our fleet is expanding in 2026. We’re building a team of operators who take pride in their work, communicate well on site and look after the gear. Platinum keeps things straightforward: clear expectations, practical support and the tools you need to work safely and efficiently. About the Role We’re looking for experienced operators who are confident across a range of machinery and comfortable working on active civil sites. The work is varied and may include: Bulk earthworks Detailed excavation Site cuts and preparation General civil construction tasks Machine loading and unloading Material haulage and transport Commercial, residential and infrastructure projects Crushing materials Most shifts are day shift, with occasional nights when required. Operators complete daily pre‑starts, follow site rules, identify hazards and keep their machine presented to a professional standard. Work is generally direct‑to‑site, with attendance at the Cleveland yard as required. Positions Available – Multi‑Operator Roles Excavator (3T–50T) Grader Moxy Posi Track Water Cart Tipper Crusher Operation Float Driving (MC) Truck Driving (HR) Responsibilities Complete daily pre‑start checks and maintain plant presentation standards Operate machinery safely and efficiently to suit task and site conditions Follow client site rules, SWMS and safety instructions Identify and report hazards and support safe work environments Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients and site contacts Work within standard fatigue hours Report equipment faults promptly for maintenance Work reliably, professionally and with minimal supervision What You Need RII tickets for the machinery you operate, with at least 2 years’ practical experience (essential) Blue/White Card (essential) Ability to work autonomously and within a small team Strong safety awareness and consistent work practices Reliable attitude and solid communication skills Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing as required by Platinum and client sites What We Offer Award‑based rates with penalties and overtime available Travel allowance may apply depending on the role and project requirements A company ute may be provided for certain positions Modern fleet equipped with Trimble Earthworks Consistent, ongoing work with new projects commencing in 2026 Supportive, down‑to‑earth team environment Opportunities for ticket upgrades and development for long‑term employees Stable business investing in continuous growth and improved systems How to Apply Apply through SEEK with your resume, including your current tickets listed.
