Senior Consultant, Contact Centre Transformation 12‑month contract opportunity for an experienced transformation delivery professional. You’ll join a high‑performing team, working with a crucial part of the business, backing talented individuals. We win in the right way, always putting our customers first. Responsibilities Program Delivery & Governance – manage program governance, monitor risk/issues, and facilitate key decision‑making forums with senior leaders. Communications Management – deliver targeted communication to all senior stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues. Change Management – develop an effective change management plan that achieves the required change. Benefits Realisation – facilitate delivery of business outcomes, enabling the program sponsor to realise ROI through value tracking, ROI realisation, NPS target uplifts, and commercial metrics. Qualifications Experience supporting end‑to‑end transformation and program management, preferably in contact centres, customer‑facing operations, and/or financial services. Experience working on large complex programs containing multiple streams, across multiple regions, and with multiple vendors. Knowledge of structured program/project methodologies, inclusive of Scaled Agile, Change Management, and Technology delivery. Strong business and commercial acumen. Confident collaborator with an ability to influence at all levels of an organisation, demonstrated by knowledge and industry experience. Passion for customer experience, innovation, and transformation.
