You’ll rotate through various sections of the kitchen, developing your culinary skills in both à la carte and degustation formats. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where quality, consistency, and teamwork are paramount. Where You’ll Make an Impact Assist in the preparation and cooking of refined seafood and produce-led dishes Maintain a clean and well-organised section throughout service Follow plating guides and ensure consistent execution under pressure Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WH&S standards Participate in daily prep, mise en place, and station organisation Support junior team members and assist with training when required What We’re Looking For You’re a motivated and ambitious chef who thrives in fast-paced, high-end kitchens. You bring strong attention to detail, a great work ethic, and a passion for learning and refinement in your craft.
