We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst ready to step up into a Senior Analyst role and join Stockland’s (ASX:SGP) Development Finance team This high‑impact role involves detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to guide investment decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance and Development Managers, applying your corporate finance and accounting expertise to deliver insights that align with Stockland’s growth strategy. Ideal candidates are analytical, curious, and possess a growth mindset to thrive during a dynamic period of expansion. About You You’ll bring: A strong foundation in corporate finance or Big 4 Accounting, backed by or working toward CFA, CPA, or CA qualification. 4–7 years of experience in commercially focused roles. Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel, with exceptional attention to detail in budgeting and forecasting. Equally important are your soft skills: Confident communication skills to present complex financial insights clearly to finance and non‑finance stakeholders. Adaptability, customer focus, and strong commercial awareness to navigate a dynamic environment. A natural problem‑solver with a growth mindset—curious, collaborative, and ready to contribute to strategic decision‑making during an exciting transformation.
