Kindikids is looking for a Centre Director for our brand-new Centre in Edensor Park About the role Locations: Edensor Park, NSW Role Type: Full Time This is a full-time position, working with an experienced team in a supportive and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of an ECEC service – high administrative component (5 days off-the-floor) Responsible for driving centre excellence and utilisation, whilst also being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and the facility Lead, inspire and mentor a large team of educators Foster an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families and educators Create long-lasting connections with the local community Ensure a compliant operation of the service in accordance with relevant Acts, Laws and regulations Effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders to ensure efficient running of service What we are looking for We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about promoting a safe, respectful and positive environment. Previous Experience as a Centre Director at an exceeding level A genuinely empathetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sector A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) A history of leading and inspiring individuals and team Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning A Current WWC and Child Protection Certificate First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain) What we offer Competitive salary and benefits.
