Marketing Business Partner

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of student recruitment and brand growth at Box Hill Institute. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the newly created Marketing Business Partner (MBP) role is a vital connector between BHI's Faculties and our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns, events and projects that position BHI's courses to attract new students. With a data-driven approach, you'll monitor emerging trends, uncover insights, and ensure our campaigns are effective and aligned to the organisation's strategic goals. This includes preparing campaign briefs, analysing results, and collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Admissions, Business Development, and Faculty teams. You'll also contribute to government and external reporting, ensuring our campaigns demonstrate strong ROI and alignment with sector expectations. Above all, your role will focus on building strong working relationships across the institute while delivering high-quality, impactful marketing activity. This position is based at our Box Hill campus. The role offers a PACCT 7.1 salary of $91,125.82 plus 12% superannuation. About you You're a strategic and analytical marketing professional with proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns. You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. In addition, our ideal candidate will have: A relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business with 4+ years experience in marketing and/or advertising. We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: Strategic problem-solving: You understand that almost any problem also presents possibilities, and have the analytical and strategic thinking to delve into the details and search for a solution. Beyond this, you also have initiative and drive to present, then deliver them. Stakeholder engagement and management: Proven experience dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, managing expectations while continuing to build strong relationships. Multi-channel campaign execution: You can pull together comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation and understand how to review the outcomes and data to uncover insights to inform your next campaign. Project management: Highly organised and detail-oriented, you know how to use tools such as Monday to track all elements of your projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of your stakeholders.
