Base pay range A$190,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Location Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance Staffing and Recruiting The Role As Senior Finance Manager, you will manage core financial reporting, treasury operations, capital and debt activities, and leadership of a high‑performing team of four. Working closely with an exceptionally commercial executive team, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decisions, managing the financial reporting and treasury process, and lead ongoing growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead month‑end close, consolidation processes, and group reporting Manage treasury operations, including cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning Support and manage debt facilities, banking relationships, and capital structure activities Oversee statutory reporting, compliance, and external audit Partner with the C‑suite to deliver insights, analysis, and decision support Lead, develop, and mentor a team of four Contribute to commercial projects, transactions, and strategic initiatives You’ll Bring CA/CPA qualification – Candidates coming from Assistant Manager/Manager level at Big 4 will also be considered, especially from corporate finances. Strong foundations in financial reporting, month‑end, and consolidations Experience with treasury, cashflow, funding, or debt (or the desire to grow in this area) Ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced, evolving business Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across senior stakeholders Leadership experience with capability and desire to develop and lead a team Why Join?
