Team Leader

Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader with strong Genesys Cloud Dialler experience to drive performance, optimise sales campaigns and deliver outstanding client experiences. As the Team Leader, you’ll oversee the appointment-setting process, manage the dialler and campaign lists, coach and develop your team, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and sales results. You’ll also ensure smooth collaboration with stakeholders and uphold excellent client satisfaction. Key Details Full Time | Monday to Friday | Flexibility to work Saturday’s when required Onsite | Melbourne CBD The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Guide, coordinate, and motivate your team to consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and campaign targets. Genesys Dialler management: Manage and maintain Genesys Cloud Dialler and campaign lists. Strategize for Success: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost appointment-setting efficiency and revenue growth. Monitor and Optimise: Analyse key performance metrics, providing insightful recommendations to enhance team efficiency and outcomes. Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure the continuous professional development of your team members. Collaborate for Seamless Service: Work closely with hearing care specialists and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Resolve with Care: Manage and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining trust and satisfaction. Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise documentation and reporting of coaching, development, performance management, sales activities, and customer interactions within client management systems. About You Proven experience leading appointment setting campaigns or in a similar contact centre environment. Experience with Genesys Dialler management or equivalent. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to analyse data, build reports, and present insights clearly. A proactive, engaging, and results-focused approach.
