We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who can keep our install pipeline running smoothly, deliver a top‑tier customer experience, and help us maintain tight control over materials and job margins. About the Role We're searching for a highly organised, proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This role sits at the centre of our operations — connecting customers, sales, electricians, and wholesalers to ensure every installation is scoped correctly, scheduled efficiently, and delivered with the quality Open Electrical is known for. What You’ll Be Doing Customer Communication Guide customers from sale to installation with clear, friendly communication Provide updates, confirm details, answer questions, and ensure they feel supported throughout Help drive 5‑star reviews by delivering a smooth, professional customer journey Job Coordination & Scheduling Use ServiceM8 to schedule installs, assign electricians, attach documents, and ensure job notes are complete Coordinate with technicians and customers to make sure each job is properly scoped before install day (panels, batteries, inverters, switchboard checks, site notes, roof plans, etc.) Coordinate with the team to resolve on‑site issues early Materials & Logistics Communicate with wholesalers to order and track materials Ensure materials arrive on time and match what was sold Keep installs on target for time and cost by spotting discrepancies early Work with the team to plan future installations and ensure stock availability Quality & Improvement Ensure job packs, photos, compliance docs, and post‑install tasks are completed correctly Look for process improvements and assist with building a smoother, more efficient install workflow About You Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within electrical, solar or trades Strong organisation and follow‑through — you don’t let details slide Clear communicator with a customer‑centric mindset who can manage customers, suppliers and technicians with confidence Comfortable using systems such as ServiceM8, GHL, Google Workspace, or similar Enjoy working in a fast‑moving environment where every day is different #J-18808-Ljbffr
