Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, while collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and construction professionals. Responsibilities Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure project success Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality Maintain accurate project records and documentation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management Strong technical skills in civil engineering design, analysis, and construction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Civil Engineering Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Burchills Engineering Solutions by 2x Get notified about new Senior Civil Engineer jobs in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia . #J-18808-Ljbffr
