Featuring cutting edge manufacturing technology, MPC2, the Materials Processing Centre, will be a world-leading recycling asset right here in Sydney.The Reliability Engineer is responsible for analysing data to identify, develop solutions, and resolve issues effecting uptime of the MPC plantThe Role:Located at Eastern Creek.Permanent full time position (38 hours per week)Day shiftAble to work within deadlines and maintain high quality standardsWork in a team environment to lead and coordinate:
Development of system performance reporting, data modelling and simulation to monitor, forecast and validate system reliability and system health.The development of reliability engineering practices, processes, procedures, specifications and instructions in support of safe, effective and efficient Asset Management services;Failure investigations and root cause analyses including FTA, RBD, Fishbone, FMECA, RCM and to project management treatment to mitigate root cause.The development and implementation of effective Reliability Improvement strategies to reduce risk, improve system performance and system health and optimise Total Cost of Ownership.
