No Two Days the Same – A mix of office work, meeting host families, and supporting students – no boring days here What You'll Be Doing: Matching Students with Host Families – Find the perfect home for students and ensure they have an amazing Australian experience. Managing Student Residences – Oversee BROWNS' student housing, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Recruiting Host Families – Visit potential home stays, check standards, and build great relationships with local hosts. Supporting Students & Hosts – Be the go-to person for any accommodation needs and help solve any issues quickly. Handling Admin & Emergency Calls – Keep records organised and be available for emergency support on a rotating basis. What You Need to Apply: People Skills – Friendly, outgoing, and great at communicating with people from all backgrounds. Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinker who can handle challenges with ease. Strong Organisation Skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of things. Valid Driver's Licence – Willing to travel around Brisbane for home visits. Blue Card – Have a valid Blue Card or be prepared to get one. Can-Do Attitude – Ready to jump in and make things happen Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in hospitality, customer service, or working with international students.
