We are seeking a well-rounded Hydraulic Engineer to join our growing water team. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. This exciting opportunity will enable you to showcase and use your vast technical knowledge of conveyance pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants and apply them to today’s challenges. You will have a chance to mentor, learn and work independently as a key team member. This opportunity will see you providing solutions and service to clients off and on site, taking lead roles in project engineering and technical leadership. You’ll be able to build strong customer relationships and demonstrate your ability to understand our client's core business and ensure that services meet their expectations. **This role will also provide you with the following:****About You** You will be driven by a diversity of experiences, who sees your career as being fluid, seeking fulfilment in autonomy, career flexibility and in working for a business that can provide purpose and relevance in what you do. You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes for the business and our valuable clients and the ability to independently develop scope of hydraulic services to support business development activities. You will enjoy providing support and mentoring to junior team members whilst working collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
