Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Cahtswood, Sydney, for a Building Manager. The Building Manager will oversee the daily management and operations of facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include managing building maintenance, coordinating with service providers, handling budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent communication and support to residents, staff, and stakeholders. The role requires proactive problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining optimal building operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Management and Facility Management (FM) functions, including overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with standards. Strong skills in Building Maintenance and the ability to manage and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks. Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with residents, staff, and service providers. Experience in Budgeting to monitor and control expenses effectively while ensuring financial responsibility. Highly organized, with problem-solving and decision-making skills. Prior experience in property or building management is an advantage. Relevant certifications in facility management, operations, or related fields are a plus.
