Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free, plus an additional $2,650 entertainment card A thriving and supportive team culture Opportunities for career development and growth pathways Be part of a passionate, values driven team Discounts on dining, travel, and retail What You’ll Be Doing Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes Maintain accurate client data and track case movements Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation Liaise with government, carers, and stakeholders as required The role is based from our Bella Vista office. What You’ll Bring Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Community Services, or a related discipline highly desirable Qualifications in Business Administration, Compliance, or Quality Systems will also be highly regarded. Knowledge of OOHC standards and state regulations Strong admin, organisation, and record-keeping skills Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Strong documentation and compliance capability Current driver’s licence and probity clearances We are a purpose-driven organisation supporting children and young people through therapeutic, evidence-based care.
