We’re hiring an Account Director who wants the number. Someone who can live in the space between strategy and delivery, and make it sing. Monday: Kickoff with a new CMO, set the growth thesis, lock the success metrics, map the first 90 days. Wednesday: QBR with a scaleup, CRO wins, SEO momentum, a care plan uplift you’ll turn into a new project brief. Friday: Review creative and backlog in ClickUp, tighten scope with the PM, log two expansion opps in HubSpot because the story is there and the timing is right. What you’ll own A portfolio of growth-stage accounts and the revenue that comes with them. Onboarding, renewals, QBRs, and the expansions that make NRR climb. The bridge between delivery and outcomes: PMs, offshore squads, tickets → results. The client narrative: why this sprint, this experiment, this change equals pipeline.
