Base Pay Range A$140,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr Location: Flexible, Hybrid | Work Type: Full-time | Team: OnPlan About the Role As a Customer Success Engineer , you’ll help customers unlock the full value of OnPlan, our SaaS platform for maintenance planning and execution. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role blends technical expertise, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building to support retention, adoption, and growth. Key Responsibilities Adoption Lead technical onboarding and implementation Deliver tailored training and enablement resources Ensure smooth integration of the OnPlan platform Retention Provide expert guidance on asset maintenance workflows Advise on best practices and platform usage Influence product development through customer feedback Growth in Existing Customers Build strong, multi‑level relationships Monitor customer health and proactively engage Identify opportunities for expansion and added value Growth in Future Customers Participate in pre‑sales activities and demos Advocate for customer needs in the product roadmap About You You’re a self‑starter who takes ownership, builds trust, and delivers results. You communicate clearly and translate technical concepts into practical solutions. With hands‑on experience in asset‑intensive industries like mining, utilities, or manufacturing, you understand CMMS/EAM systems and thrive in customer‑facing environments. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years in a technical asset management role On‑site experience in asset‑intensive industries Experience with CMMS/EAM systems Familiarity with databases, APIs, SQL, or data tools Consulting experience Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects Why COSOL?
