Graduate Sales Representative – Sitemate We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our Sydney team, helping accelerate growth in the Oceania region. Base pay range A$75,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr Day-to-Day Qualify and route inbound leads through self‑service and inside‑sales channels. Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. Book and complete product demonstrations, meeting or exceeding monthly targets (current team >95% of targets). Challenges Learning about the built world and associated terminology. Up‑skilling call, phone and email skills using onboarding material. Understanding SaaS financial acronyms and metrics. Adapting to a fast‑paced environment and learning quickly. Skills & Tools – Must Have Confident and clear communication skills, excellent writing and presentation abilities across email, phone, video conferencing and in‑person. Excellent task organisation, prioritisation and efficient multi‑tasking. Nice To Have Experience with modern tooling – CRMs, health scoring, live chat, knowledge bases. Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom, Teams) or physically. Patience when working with users who may not be tech‑savvy.
