Base pay range A$162,470.00/yr - A$184,987.00/yr Continuing, Full-Time CQUniversity Brisbane School of Engineering and Technology Lecturer (Level B) - Total Remuneration $134,885 to $157,870 pa (including salary of $113,980 to $133,403 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading) Senior Lecturer (Level C) - Total Remuneration $162,470 to $184,987 pa (including salary of $137,290 to $156,317 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading) One position available. Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging, student‑centred teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including online and blended delivery. Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake a Graduate certificate in Tertiary Education. Strong supervision capability with Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates and a commitment to developing future researchers. A growing (Level B) or established (Level C) track record of research outputs, industry collaboration, and external funding success. (For Level C) National recognition for research leadership, including success in securing competitive research grants, mentoring early‑career academics, and leading multidisciplinary projects. Professional Certificate in Project Management (PMP), PRINCEII Certificate or willingness to achieve these certificates. Membership in Chartered Institute of Building (COIB) (Desirable). Industry‑engaged experience, including use of project management frameworks and communication with popular media (Desirable).
