About The Role As a Pilot with Omni, you will: take command of the skies – operate under Omni’s Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Uphold aviation excellence – maintain all licences, medicals and regulatory approvals, and ensure compliance with CASA and company requirements. Support leadership – assist the Chief Pilot with operational standards, safety systems, and continual updates to our Operations Manual. Drive improvement – contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational safety. Essential Requirements Be an Australian Citizen Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills In addition, this role will require: CASA Commercial Pilot Licence – Aeroplane (Total command: ~1000 hours) Class 1 medical rating per CASA requirements Previous Military Flying experience.
