Culburra Beach Bowling & Recreation Club is a medium to large size family club located 20 minutes east of Nowra in the beautiful coastal Village of Culburra Beach. The Club aims to support its members by providing a welcoming environment for the community to enjoy. The position is an on-site, hands‑on role that will provide variety and flexibility, in a dynamic and growing work environment. We are looking for a dynamic, reliable Operations Manager that can manage the day to day operations of the club. The role will be full time 38 hours a week. If so, we want to hear from you Qualifications & Experience Current NSW RSA and RCG. Management experience in Hospitality Understanding of legislative requirements of the Club HR Knowledge Experience in Gaming, TAB and Keno. The Role Manage Operations - Oversee daily operations including gaming, food and beverage, events, and customer service. Manage Team members - Manage our 75 staff including duty management team, department heads and frontline staff. Lead & Motivate - Inspire and guide our team to provide exceptional service. Ensure Compliance - Uphold all laws, regulations, and venue policies, especially those regarding responsible service of alcohol and gaming. Customer Care - Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain Standards - Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness. Collaborate - Work with management to boost customer satisfaction and revenue. Create a Safe Environment - Ensure the comfort and safety of both staff and customers. What you offer Experience - Proven track record in a similar role within hospitality or gaming. Leadership Skills - Excellent communication and team management abilities. Knowledge - Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (RSA and RCG certifications required). Customer Focus - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Calm Under Pressure - Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility - Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
