Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you’ll uncover unique engagement opportunities and respond to user-generated content. From spotting brand risks to supporting competitions, you’ll help foster an engaging community where players feel heard and valued.Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth. Monitor and report brand mentions, captions, tone of voice, reporting UGC, and trend opportunities to respond to verbally across social platforms. Collaborate on upcoming marketing beats on unique commenting opportunities. Have a good understanding of Internet culture. Moderation of the Stake Community Forums. Creating unique ways of engaging with customers. Identify brand risks and share insights with the Community and Social Media Manager. Use social listening tools to find trending topics and engagement opportunities in real time. Identify content where branded responses could gain visibility and track competitor engagement strategies. Assist with competition preparation and payouts.
