Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across all social media platforms to grow brand presence, community engagement, and customer loyalty. This role works closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life, maintain a strong and consistent brand identity, and drive digital storytelling that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities KEY SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Plan, schedule, and publish content for TikTok and supply Marketing Manager content. Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments. Monitor daily activity, engage with the online community, respond to comments and DMs, and identify opportunities to grow brand engagement. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform content strategy. CONTENT CREATION AND COORDINATION Assist with ideation and production of creative content including photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and written copy. Coordinate content shoots and collaborate with photographers, stylists, influencers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content. Brief and manage external creatives when required to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards. Edit and repurpose content to suit various formats and channels. CAMPAIGN AND INFLUENCER SUPPORT Support marketing campaigns with compelling social media assets and storytelling. Assist in identifying and nurturing influencer relationships and user-generated content opportunities. REPORTING AND INSIGHTS Track TikTok performance using analytics tools. Compile regular reports on content performance, audience engagement, and growth, and provide actionable recommendations. Continuously seek opportunities to optimise content and posting strategies based on data and trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
