Do you love crafting engaging, memorable and fun content? If so, this role is for you We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator for our Total Tools Hardware Group (TTHG). The Social Media Coordinator's purpose is to develop and execute dynamic social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive meaningful interactions across various digital platforms, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. Specifically, this role will build and manage content for Home Hardware and assist in the Mitre 10 social media page. It will also help execute sponsorship & social media influencer partnerships as well as assist in any brand campaigns. What you’ll be doing Create and execute comprehensive social media plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across various platforms. Generate, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different social media channels and target audiences. Track key performance metrics and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results. Foster positive interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and manage online community engagement. Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall brand goals and campaigns. Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive. Utilise and manage social media management and analytics tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, sponsorships and influencer partnerships Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all social media platforms while adhering to the company’s guidelines and standards You’re Likely a Match If you have Live and breathe social media marketing.
