As we transform the way we work and evolve how we engage with Australians, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a 12‑month contract. About the role As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering Origin’s social media marketing program. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a passion for digital marketing, and the motivation to craft engaging social experiences that attract, delight, and convert. Working as part of a supportive, cross‑functional marketing team, you’ll help develop, implement, and optimise social campaigns that support our broader marketing and brand objectives. You’ll take ownership of ad trafficking, campaign optimisation, content creation, data reporting, and continuous improvement while keeping your finger on the pulse of social trends. This is a role where creativity meets commercial impact, giving you the opportunity to help grow customer value and strengthen Origin’s brand presence across multiple social platforms. What you’ll be doing Developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit Collaborating with the team to track budgets and report on campaign performance Creating engaging creative assets and compelling copy that drives strong engagement and conversions Identifying and implementing continuous optimisation strategies to improve channel performance Trafficking digital ads through Google Campaign Manager 360 Supporting post‑campaign analysis and contributing to quarterly social media reports and presentations Staying up to date with social trends, platform changes and best practices Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver high‑performing social campaigns About you You’re a creative, curious and proactive marketer with a passion for social media and digital engagement. You’re confident working across multiple platforms, analysing performance data, and turning insights into action. You love working collaboratively, managing stakeholders and keeping multiple priorities moving at once. Essential skills & experience 1+ year experience in social media marketing Hands‑on experience running campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit or similar platforms Ability to translate marketing strategies into tactical social activity that drives commercial outcomes Strong analytical skills and experience optimising campaigns using data Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience briefing or managing media and creative agencies Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) Google Marketing Platform certification (Google 360 suite) Why Origin?
