Under the Pallas Group umbrella, we have two purpose-driven, ambitious brands inspired by a passion for excellence within the funds management and property industries. Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia’s mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders. Fortis our property development management business, has a portfolio of more than $750 million in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $560 million to be completed by the end of the year. Due to continued growth in Pallas Capital, there is an opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the team in our Sydney office. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned documents and presentations. Design and maintain branded templates for: PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets. Create visually compelling layouts for investment memorandums and other long-form documents. Ensure consistency in visual identity across all touchpoints. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. About You Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within financial services or corporate environments (4+ years) Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Figma (for digital design), and Hubspot. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work. Ability to interpret complex information and present it in a clear, visually engaging format. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
