Overview Mortgage Broker The Mortgage Broker is at the heart of relationships with our customers and, working with the small team, your role will be to ensure you provide an exceptional home loan experience for their customers. Your role is to turn new prospects / opportunities (which are all provided) into long standing return clients by delivering excellent service whilst assisting them with their residential lending needs. What you will do Understand and manage the end-to-end process for home loan applications from initial enquiry right through to settlement / funding. Understand and analyse client’s financial position to propose a “best-fit” solution efficiently and effectively to their residential mortgage borrowing needs. Oversee preparation and submission of the mortgage application with our Lending Support team, who prepare much of the paperwork (valuations, evidence source document collection, CRM / Apply Online) for you. Ensuring all applications are submitted within risk and compliance frameworks e.g. NCCP. Place the customers at the centre of everything you do by providing exceptional service by working collaboratively with the team by sharing information, ideas, and learnings. What you will have Minimum 1 year of banking or finance experience as a Lending Manager or Mortgage Broker or Home Lending Executive and / or previous Mobile Lending Manager roles. Strong lending policy knowledge as well as strong understanding of B.I.D and NCCP. Desire to grow the book and business with collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple loan applications simultaneously. A great communicator and people person. A high level of professionalism as well as being well organised. A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
