About the role As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you’ll take a hands‑on role across both technical delivery and consulting. This senior engineer / developer position combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional solutions, building trusted relationships, and driving innovation across the ITOM or SecOps space. What you’ll do Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in ITOM or SecOps, including integrations via REST APIs or custom scripts. Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects to ensure that they meet the business requirements, are well‑architected, cost effective, and deliverable. Maintain up-to‑date solution lifecycle artefacts, SOPs, and delivery frameworks in line with sales and delivery guidelines. Act as a trusted advisor, participate in workshops and co‑design exercises, and communicate effectively with customers.
