Join to apply for the ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant role at Fujitsu 4 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role To be a high‑performing ServiceNow Technical Consultant delivering a set of ServiceNow technical services (development, delivery, support, administration) that ensure a high degree of satisfaction to the customer. This role is based in Melbourne and offers hybrid working. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Lead the customer with world‑class technical advice and ensure that provided solutions are fit for purpose and maximize value realisation. Strong in establishing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., SAP). Achieve ongoing operational efficiencies. Contribute to the growth of the company’s culture and ways of working. Qualifications and Experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) x 2 – ITSM + HRSD or CSM ServiceNow Pro Suite x 1 – ITSM ServiceNow Pro Plus Suite x 1 – ITSM IT degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of successful ServiceNow support/delivery. General understanding of ServiceNow licensing. Understanding of and ability to adapt to both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Business Domain Certifications (e.g., ITIL, Scrum Master, PRINCE2). Why Fujitsu? We put people first.
