Casual Front Reception/Guest Services @ Main Beach Resort Join our team and be the welcoming face of our Resorts working across our sites at Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. Casual - 4 days per week 9am - 5pm. (There is opportunity for more hours during peak periods). As our Front Office Receptionist , you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Your role will involve greeting guests warmly, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations via phone and email, apartment checks prior to check‑ins, and providing local recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs Deliver outstanding customer service at all times Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries Share local knowledge on attractions, dining, and services Manage guest accounts accurately Completing apartment checks prior to guest check‑ins and ensuring they are presented nicely Complete administrative tasks related to front office operations To be successful in this role, you will Have a friendly, professional, and approachable manner Have experience with REI Cloud (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Be quick to learn and adaptable to new systems Thrive in a team‑oriented environment Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills Maintain excellent personal presentation How to Apply Please email your resume and a cover letter outlining your interest and suitability for the role.
