Provide high quality, timely and appropriate levels of security, fire protection and safety services to North Lakes Health Precinct About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide comprehensive security services and assistance to patients, visitors, staff and contractors whilst at the same time protecting the physical assets of the MNHHS. Provide close personal protection to staff confronting aggressive and volatile situations in the provision of front line health services. Provide a first response presence to all emergency situations maintaining high visibility security presence throughout the facility. Prioritise tasks and respond to requests for security and/or emergency assistance in accordance with Queensland Health, Health Service, Facility and Unit guidelines, policies, procedures and protocols. As required, escort, monitor and restrain patients under the direction and supervision of clinical staff.
