We’re on the lookout for a passionate Pastry Chef who loves precision, creativity, and bringing beautiful tortes to life. You’ll be hands‑on with layering, palletizing, and crafting every detail to our signature Black Star Pastry standard. Experience in a Production Kitchen is a plus. Be a team player with a positive attitude. Show dedication to customer experience and product quality. Commit to maintaining food safety standards. Handle the fast‑paced, high‑volume nature of a production kitchen while upholding the highest quality and service standards. A bit about us: Black Star Pastry started as a boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and has since grown into an established and loved brand. Our claim to fame is the Strawberry Watermelon Cake, a dessert that has taken social media by storm and earned recognition from the New York Times as "the world's most Instagrammed cake".
