We’re currently seeking dedicated, caring Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll provide essential care and assistance tailored to each participant’s needs, including: Personal care and medication support Meal preparation and help with household tasks Community access – supporting social activities, appointments, and outings Following individual support plans to promote independence Accurately recording daily activities and ensuring duty of care This role is located and based in ALBANY WA 6330 - This is not a remote role What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities; this includes children—it is a must A willingness to work and show up with a positive, can‑do attitude. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends Strong communication skills and a caring, respectful nature Ability to work independently and in a team Not afraid of technology – comfortable using a mobile app to input detailed participant notes in line with company policies Physically fit to assist with mobility and manual handling tasks A proactive and empathetic attitude. Desires to learn, be trained, and grow in the industry is a must RELIABLE ; a teammate everyone can count on Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent Manual Handling and hoisting experience Current First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain (Required) NDIS Worker Screening Check & NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required) Driver’s licence (Required) Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including overnights and weekends WWCC or willing to obtain (Required) Willingness to work with individuals of all ages, including children, is a must Why Join Us?
