This leadership position involves managing a team of multimedia specialists to deliver high-quality, engaging digital learning content. You’ll oversee production workflows, provide creative and technical guidance, and collaborate with course development stakeholders to translate educational concepts into impactful multimedia experiences. Your role champions design excellence, drives continuous improvement, and contributes to the broader digital content strategy. About You You’re passionate about leading creative teams and delivering innovative, accessible learning solutions. You have demonstrated experience in multimedia production, including the use of relevant software technologies and adherence to industry standards. You have a strong track record of leading multimedia teams and managing production workflows in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. A degree in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience is required.
