Specialist Multimedia Designer

The Specialist Multimedia Designer is responsible for leading the evolution of our creative output from static design into motion-first video-led content. This role will be responsible for both traditional design execution (brand assets campaigns print and digital) and advanced motion graphics video editing and multimedia systems. This role will bridge the gap between design and production creating scroll-stopping creative across social eDMs education and event platforms. Reporting to the Senior Designer youll deliver high-impact visual content that supports Leafios brand strategy and growth in the healthcare space Campaign Delivery Deliver high-quality campaign assets across static and digital platforms (eDMs social print presentations). Create advanced animations in After Effects including logo stings explainers and product demonstrations. Edit video content in Premiere Pro producing cutdowns testimonials and campaign videos with captions grading and sound design. Build and maintain multimedia templates asset libraries and export pipelines for scalable delivery. Optimise creative for multiple platforms and formats (1 : 1 9 : 16 16 : 9 4 : 5). Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs from static design to motion campaigns. Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate briefs into concepts storyboards and final execution. Quality control all assets for technical accuracy compliance and platform specifications. Motion Design & Video Production Create advanced animations in After Effects including logo stings explainers and product demonstrations. Conceptualise and design captivating 2D and 3D animations for digital platforms (social web advertising). Edit video content in Premiere Pro including cutdowns testimonials and campaign videos with captions grading and sound design. Design animated infographics and data visualisations to present complex information clearly. Produce animated logos title sequences transitions and effects to enhance brand storytelling. Optimise creative for multiple formats and platforms (1 : 1 9 : 16 16 : 9 4 : 5). Brand & Asset Development Deliver high-quality campaign assets across static and digital platforms (eDMs social print presentations). Build and maintain multimedia templates asset libraries and export pipelines for scalable delivery. Lead the motion graphics evolution of brand guidelines and visual identity. Quality control all assets for technical accuracy compliance and platform specification. Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into concepts storyboards and final execution. Work closely with the Leafio team to support brand needs. Develop and maintain the creative vision for projects ensuring alignment with objectives. Contribute to concept development and storytelling that communicates key messages and brand narratives. Qualifications 35 years experience in a design motion / multimedia role. Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects (expressions graph editor complex animations). Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (multi-cam editing audio cleanup captioning colour grading). Professional-level use of InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Figma. A strong portfolio showing work across design motion and video editing. Excellent visual storytelling skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multimedia projects end-to-end from storyboard to delivery. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation projects demonstrating creativity technical proficiency and attention to detail.
