Responsibilities Design and develop visual and digital content including graphics, layouts, motion graphics, and video for print, web, web magazines and other social media platforms. Plan, design, and produce multimedia assets such as animations, video editing, and promotional materials. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize creative solutions aligned with project goals and brand identity. Ensure all visual and design deliverables maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all client projects. Collaborate closely with marketing specialists and clients to ensure that all creative outputs are strategically aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns. Edit and enhance photos, videos, and digital imagery using Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Prepare and format design files for printing, digital publishing, and online delivery. Create and maintain templates, brand guidelines, and marketing materials for consistent visual communication. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes and on-time delivery. Research emerging design trends, technologies, and tools to improve creative output and workflow efficiency. Collaborate with other designers across departments when required Required Skills or experience Relevant tertiary qualification or at least 5 years of work experience for the role. Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and working knowledge of Figma (or similar). Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva Proficient in use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Comfortable working with Windows and Mac OS Animation/motion graphics and familiarity with email/automation Additional experience in producing content for social platforms Ability to translate business abstract ideas into compelling multimedia solutions.
